Wedding Ceremony

Lone Summit Ranch is a large estate with so many green areas – one of which is the gazebo. Adorned with greenery and flowers in white and blues, the gazebo was fit for royalty and was breathtaking to the guests as they entered to find their seats. A custom fan, program, and white rose petals were on each chair when guest found their favorite view for the ceremony. The wedding party entered the ceremony area down a aisle with tall blooms on either side (so breathtaking), and then the bride made a grand appearance by riding in to the ceremony area in a carriage. The ceremony was heartfelt and created tears on both sides of the aisle. As the couple kissed and exited the ceremony as husband and wife, guests showered them in the white rose petals. 

Wedding Reception

Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed to the cocktail hour around the pool. And while cocktail hour can be overlooked when it comes to design, this one did not! There were floating florals in the pool, signature drinks with personalized koozies, and a custom crossword puzzle based on specifics about the couple. 

Cocktail hour came to a close and guests made their way into the main hall at Lone Summit Ranch, completely decked out with greenery, floral, and candles. It symbolized a lavish garden, but indoors. 

In tandem with the other event professionals, we brought a few key elements to this wedding. The first was the custom dance floor! Complete with their wedding monogram and flowers within the wedding colors, this custom design served as the focal piece for the wedding party introductions, toasts, and dancing. Don’t forget to peek the photos – because it really was spectacular. 

The second piece we assisted in bringing to life was the hanging installation for the cake. Yes, you read that right – a hanging cake! In partnership with the planner, cake decorator, and florist a truly unique display was brought to life and make a huge statement and awe-worthy photos for guests. 

From there we brought some fun elements to the party – our cold sparks and fog cannons. The bride and groom had a blast with them at the reception as their guests danced underneath the fog.
