Mark and Samantha hosted their fall wedding at Executive Hills Polo Club – which, if you have been there, you know how stunning the grounds are in the fall! With seasonal colors as the backdrop, Samantha tied in the hues of red, orange, and beige to create her wedding vision amongst the outdoors.

Wedding Ceremony

The wedding ceremony took place on the manicured lawn outside the venue with mature trees providing a countryside backdrop as they rustled in the wind. The geometric arbor was draped in three shades of fabric with flowers. 

Guests were welcomed to the wedding and encouraged to leave a voicemail for the couple via the audio guest book. The vintage phone records guests’ messages and then the couple can play them back after the wedding day. After finding their seats, guests watched as the bride walked through a double set of doors to make her way down the aisle. Mark and Samantha’s ceremony was heartfelt in so many ways, and it was such an honor to provide the speakers and music for their wedding so that everything could be heard. After the ceremony, the couple celebrated with a fun walk down the aisle together and guests soon followed to make their way to the reception. 

Wedding Reception

The fall wedding at Executive Hills Polo Club was a good pick by the couple, because not only was the weather beautiful outside for the ceremony, but the reception space indoors was fully decorated and ready to welcome guests immediately following the ceremony. The wooden farm tables featured candles and flowers for the guests, but the sweetheart table was special with an abundance of candle light and and custom neon that read “better together”. The regular formalities of dinner, toasts and cake cutting took place, and then our DJ was ready to get the party started – and the Bride and Bridesmaids were ready to dance!
