DJ Apollo was the most incredible DJ. His excitement, passion, and knowledge made it so fun to choose songs and events to include during our reception. Icon event group was very easy to work with from the start. DJ Tim was phenomenal! We provided our special songs and he was able to build the entire playlist for the night based on that. All of our guests were complimenting the music through our the night and in the days to follow. We didn’t think we would get on the dance floor too much, but the music selection had guests already dancing and singing along before dinner was even served. We picked a piano cover to walk down the aisle too and DJ Tim had the brilliant idea to play the actual version later in the evening. He also helped coordinate a full guest group photo on the dance floor which everyone was excited about.

We cannot rave enough about DJ Maverick and Icon events. Our wedding day music was handled so professionally, and DJ Maverick did such an incredible job keeping us and all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night. We met with him prior to our wedding and let him know of our love for dancing, and our dislike for the classic “wedding songs”. We are SO GLAD that we used Icon Events for our wedding day! Deondre Ross was our DJ and he was so great to work with. We had two meetings with him leading up to our wedding where we went through a Google Doc aligning on the details of our event music. The ceremony was a challenge because our officiant's microphone didn't work due to frequency challenges, but this could be due to the venue. The reception was an absolute blast! Deondre would mix the songs from our playlist for seamless transitions. He knew how to keep the crowd going! He also let my father-in-law sing a couple of karaoke songs which was a huge hit! Would highly recommend Icon Events for any event!

Icon event group DJ’d our wedding, they have a contract with 28 Event space, which made it so easy to use them. I cannot say enough good things about Jayden, our DJ through them. He kept the night lively, the dance floor was always full. He did some weird requests that we asked.
